Commercial terms
Pricing, lead times, payment terms, warranty, service-level commitments, and AMC scope are governed exclusively by the written quotation, purchase order, and signed agreement between Dynamic Servitech Pvt Ltd (DSPL) and the customer. The website is for reference only and does not constitute a commercial offer.
Certifications
Where this site references certifications (e.g. CE, EN 12927, ISO 4309) on distributor products (AMC, 3S Lift), those certifications are factory pass-through from the OEM and are not Dynamic-issued. Dynamic-manufactured products are described accurately as IP-rated, MIL-grade-connectorised, and field-validated; we do not currently hold third-party Indian (IS/BIS) or CE certifications on Dynamic-manufactured devices, and our certification programme is in progress.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
