What we collect
When you submit an inquiry via email or a contact form on this site, we receive your name, organisation, email address, phone number (if provided), and the contents of your inquiry. When you visit the site, our hosting provider logs basic request metadata (IP address, user agent) for security and operational purposes.
How we use it
We use your inquiry to respond to you, scope the engagement, and where applicable maintain a customer record for ongoing service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do share data with subprocessors as needed to operate the website and respond to inquiries — for example, our email provider and hosting provider.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry records for the duration of the customer relationship plus a reasonable archival period for statutory and audit purposes. You can request deletion of your inquiry record at any time by emailing privacy@dgoc.in (fallback sales@dgoc.in).
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and request deletion subject to the constraints above. Contact privacy@dgoc.in or sales@dgoc.in.
